Tim has over 25 years of successful experience in business management, sales and marketing, and consulting and coaching services.

Tim has served as Chairman, President, Executive Board Member, or Consultant to various organizations including Boy Scouts of America, Parent Community School Council (Pittsburgh Public Schools), and many others. He is a former member, Board Chair or President of many other organizations in Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Tim is a Master Consultant for Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (P.A.C.E.), and a member of P.A.C.E.'s Executive Coaching Team. He is a consultant for the Robert Morris University and Bayer Centers Non-profit Leadership Institutes’, Managing for Excellence Initiative, and is listed in the Leader-to-Leader Institutes National Directory (formerly the Drucker Foundations National directory). He is a founding member and past President of Toastmaster International Chapter 1104, and is a member of the National Speakers Association.

Amanda E. Curfman


Amanda has over 25 years experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), both in on-site and in virtual environments. She excels at giving people the language skills and tools, and the self confidence to master communication in whatever environments they desire.

Amanda also serves as our Cultural Advisor, consulting for business people in cultural adaptation and business etiquette issues.

Amanda has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
