The Foundations of Entrepreneurship

This course will be taught in 8 sessions. The sessions will be three hours each and will run from 6:00 to 9:00 PM EST.

This course will culminate by having each of the students create a business plan and then compete in a Business Plan Competition where the best plans will be awarded prize money.

Conducting Market Research: Steps to Discovering the Business’ True Potential

In this course, you will test your idea for a new venture by learning more about your customers, your competitors, and your industry. You will learn how to take your idea and understand whether you can create a realistic path to customers and how to do so. [2-120]
